There is a $100 minimum for each order. If you do not meet the minimum there will be a $10 surcharge. The surcharge is applied to all orders at shipping but will be deducted from the orders that are $100 or more when we manually charge/capture the payment.
Our prices are based on the world's silver market, and the prices will change for every $1 change in the world's silver market.
Example: If the world's silver market is between $15.00 - $15.99 per ounce the prices will remain the same. However, once the silver market reaches $16.00 - $16.99 the prices will increase accordingly.

We are proud to offer FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING through the United States Post Office for all customers who meet our $200 minimum order after discounts.
*Orders that do not reach this minimum are subject to a $7.50 shipping fee.

There is a $50 flat rate international shipping. The actual cost will be calculated based on the weight when we pack and ship the order. If it is less than $50 we will subtract the difference from the total. Should it be more than $50 we may charge you the difference.
Alternatively, you can provide us with your UPS shipping account number at the "order comment" during checkout. (The international shipping option still has to be selected but we will subtract the $50 shipping charge from the capture amount)

We offer an unconditional 10-day (from date received) money-back guarantee. Any unwanted merchandise must be returned in its original packaging along with its corresponding invoice.

If your card gets declined, most of the time it is due to the mismatch of the billing address. Please double check that you have the right billing address especially when the shipping and billing are different.
To edit your addresses, please go to "My Account" and add an additional address and set one as your default shipping and the other one as your default billing.
We accept walk-in customers as well. We also offer Indian Jewelry that varies piece by piece making it difficult to sell online. Please come to one of our showrooms to take a look.
