There should be some error texts in red at the top, and you will need to remove certain items from your shopping cart. The specific items will also be specified in red texts. Once removed the Checkout Button should come back. This happens due to a glitch in the algorithm when the item(s) was initially added.
You can re-add the removed item(s) to the shopping cart again if you would like them.
