Is there an order minimum?

$100 Minimum


There is a $100 minimum for each order. If you do not meet the minimum there will be a $10 surcharge. The surcharge is applied to all orders at shipping but will be deducted from the orders that are $100 or more when we manually charge/capture the payment.

Cannot See Checkout Button

If you encounter a situation where there is no "Checkout" Button. Please check your shopping cart. There should be some error texts in red at the top, and you will need to remove certain items from your shopping cart. The specific items will also be specified in red texts. Once removed the Checkout Button should come back. This happens due to a glitch in the algorithm when the item(s) was initially added.

You can re-add the removed item(s) to the shopping cart again if you would like them. 

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we accept walk-in customers as well. We also offer Indian Jewelry that varies piece by piece making it difficult to sell online. Please come to one of our SHOWROOMS to take a look.

My Credit Card is Getting Declined

If your card gets declined, most of the time it is due to the mismatch of the billing address. Please double check that you have the right billing address especially when the shipping and billing are different.


To edit your addresses, please go to "My Account" and add an additional address and set one as your default shipping and the other one as your default billing.
