Payments are only authorized at checkout, if your order meets the minimum $100 the $10 surcharge will be deducted when we manually charge/capture the payment once your order is pulled.

There is a $75 flat rate international shipping. The actual cost will be calculated based on the weight when we pack and ship the order. If it is less than $75 we will subtract the difference from the total. Should it be more than $75 we may charge you the difference.
Alternatively, you can provide us with your UPS shipping account number at the "order comment" during checkout. (The international shipping option still has to be selected but we will subtract the $75 shipping charge from the final capture amount)

We offer a 10-day (from date received) money-back guarantee*. Any unwanted merchandise must be returned in its original packaging along with its corresponding invoice.
We will refund shipping ONLY on damaged items or wrong items that were not ordered.
Returns must be shipped back through the post office first class mail to receive a refund on shipping. If you choose to ship any other way the customer is responsible for shipping cost.
Products not in its original packaging will not be accepted for refund and can be returned back to the customer at the customer's expense.
